Kirstin Crawford, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, recently graduated from Liberty University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Her approach to treatment is also informed by her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development. Kirstin works with children, teens, and adults.
Life rarely turns out as expected, if ever. Walking through those unmet expectations can feel uncomfortable and vulnerable. Kirstin’s
greatest desire is to step into that space and help individuals untangle some of those questions so they can come to a true understanding of who they are.
Kirstin’s educational background focuses on the life stages of development and the effects of transitions on relationships within the
family unit. She finds purpose in helping individuals and families overcome trauma, grief, anxiety, and relational concerns. Kirstin

Aubrey Reel
MA, LPCC
Mental Health Therapist
Aubrey Reel is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in Colorado. She graduated from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Aubrey provides individual counseling for ages 18+. She is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Aubrey has experience working with complex trauma and PTSD and has a passion for working with those who have experienced emotional, physical, spiritual, and/or narcissistic abuse.
Aubrey believes that navigating our lives should be an exciting adventure and an empowering experience. Throughout each season of life, we are presented with challenges that have the capacity to add incredible joy and meaning to our lives. We also experience great pain, disappointment, abuse, and loss, which can cause us to lose trust in our intuition, doubt our significance, and become disconnected from our authentic selves. We lose our sense of safety in the world, our sense of purpose, and our connectedness in relationships. Our compass no longer points true north. We can feel lost and confused and start living to survive instead of thriving.
As a counselor and as a fellow human being who has struggled, Aubrey believes that re-establishing trust in our intuition is key. The body has innate wisdom that guides us toward authenticity and truth. Whether clients have a particular goal in mind or they’re not yet able to articulate what’s wrong, their feelings (physical and emotional) are directing them toward healing, growth, and change. Acknowledging the pain and asking for help requires courage and vulnerability, and she considers it a privilege to create space for that sacred work to take place. Aubrey seeks to develop a therapeutic relationship with clients built on acceptance, honesty, and mutual trust while collaboratively working toward their goals.
Aubrey works through an emotionally focused lens, looking beneath the surface of painful feelings to uncover unmet needs, desires, and attachment injuries, revealing patterns of thought and behavior that once served to keep her clients safe but have now become barriers to connection, healing, and growth.
She knows personally and professionally that healing is possible, and desires for others to experience relief and once again feel excited and empowered as they navigate their lives!
On a personal note, Aubrey is the oldest of seven children and enjoys large family dynamics, a homeschooling mother of two daughters, an avid reader, and a lover of cats ( Maine Coons are her favorite).
